چکیده

The growing interest in the development of electric vehicle charging system based on expanding green car market is to meet the system demand for high efficiency and high density output characteristics. In addition, according to increase the in-production of electric vehicle, it is going to increase developing plan for on board charging system in around the world. In this paper, the charge control algorithm design and hardware design information for the 6.6kW charging system is introduced. By configuring a simulation and a digital control was used selectively according to the control strategy which is the constant voltage control and the constant current control to charge the high voltage battery. Have developed a highly efficient charging system, a two-stage configuration of the AC-DC boost converter and DC-DC converter topology. The theoretical results are verified through an experimental prototype for 6.6kW battery charger on board.

High Efficiency Isolated AC/DC Converter with Gradationally Controlled Voltage Inverter for On-board Charger

We have developed a new isolated AC/DC converter for electric vehicle on-board chargers. It consists of an AC/DC converter with Gradationally Controlled Voltage Inverter (GCVI AC/DC converter) and an isolated Zero-Voltage-Switching (ZVS) DC/DC converter, each of which is optimally controlled to convert in a highly efficient means. As a result, the new on-board charger has achieved a power conve...
